Sure, why not...
Can’t find any good info on where this is. It’s a bit surprising in the sense that every place I’ve been with gondolas/aerial trams/rope- ways has had road access to the top as well, though I guess not always accessible in winter.

Possibly, and to be frank it does look a little long for Alpine switchbacks (at least with whatever that boom is down)

I wonder if putting so much weight in a single “spot” on the cable required removing other cars or perhaps balancing the opposite “spot” on the cable with an equal weight. I know some gondolas have massive cars but this is pretty interesting to see.
